Enjoy your vacation with a home that offers ocean views and has 4 separate living units in the picturesque town of Avon. 3 of the 4 units are ground level making them easily accessible. Unit 1 sleeps up to 6, Unit 2 sleeps 1-2, Unit 3 sleeps 2-4, and Unit 4 sleeps 4-6. Each unit has its' own kitchen, full bath, and living space. Each unit has its' own washer/dryer. Beach badges are included and pool badges available upon request. This is a unique opportunity that is hard to find. Requesting $12,500/week with a 2-week minimum June 16-Sept 8. May 26-June 9 and Sept 8-Sept 29 $5,000/week.
